Tofu is an excellent source of protein and is packed with nutrients such as B vitamins, and many minerals - calcium, zinc, potassium, magnesium, and more. Tofu, when eaten with Puro Pura's Açaí or Passion Fruit cooking oils, makes an amazing and flavorful topping for breads, salads, and anything else you can imagine.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tofu
- Juice of 1 lemon (remove seeds)
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp açaí oil
- 1/2 raw beet
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
Remove to food-safe container and refrigerate
